The '''Atarlie Frontier''' is the southernmost extent of the [[Atarlie Empire]], located south of the [[Southern Province]] and the [[Hearthlands]]. It is defined as all lands in the eponymous geographical region, bounded on its west and east by the [[Atlas Mountains]] and the [[Eastern Sea]], and extending as far south as the Great River of Stars. The frontier was once disputed land, a region frequently fought over by the Atarlie and the now-defunct Petrenean Republic in the [[Shimmering Shores]], but since the [[Great Collapse]] the elves have consolidated their authority over the region and assimilated many of the cultures who lived within it.
