The Doctrine of Lies are the sacred writings (or blasted ramblings, depending on your perspective) of Hycis Uriris, the mad High Elven goddess of arcane magic. Of all the common gods worshipped on Wisteria who are masters of the arcane, the Doctrine of Lies is the shortest work, comprising just three volumes.
