The Litany of Heaven is a heretical text attributed to followers of the Enemy. Though short, the text is considered emminently useful by some soothsayers, who consider the document indespensible and brave the legal penalties in Bastonia for possessing such a copy. The litany lists all of the aspects of the heavens, planets, stars, and moons, and is the basis of astrological knowledge in Bastonia. It's status is less restricted in the Shimmering Shore region.
