High Toor

High Toor was an ancient city of the Empire of Petrenea, in what is now the Shimmering Shores. The ruins of the city stand to this day, and up until the Great Collapse remained a place of settlement for the locals who had been displaced from it. It is also a place of pilgrimage for followers of Buggug Angel-Slayer, who razed it during an event known as the Purge of High Toor.
