Age of the Summer of Mortals

The Age of the Summer of Mortals is the period that began with the elvish year following the signing of the Hall Hill Concords, an accession treaty in which the Hearthlands became a protectorate of the Atarlie Empire, dramatically expanding the Atarlie Frontier and more or less unifying eastern Wisteria. In Bastonia's reckoning of the years, the same year was the 53rd Year of the Age of Bastion.

The age is one of the longest ages in Elvish history; by the time of the Great Rift it remains the current era, with the rift opening in ASM 1586. Imperial Magisters argue routinely about the appropriateness of beginning a new age at the time of the Rift, possibly titled the Age of Wisterian Autumn.
