The Temple of Xia Leng, known formally as Xia Leng Ji, is a fortified mountain retreat in the Atlas Mountains, central to the worship of Xia Leng, a war-god worshipped among the gods of the Shimmering Shore. The temple's location puts it near the dwarven city of Khaz Elarnzak, but the temple is a primarily human holding and can be reached with some peril in the journey along roads from Baghar or Xarthekei.

Monks and warrior-clerics of Xia Leng maintain the temple under the command of an official known as the Celestial General. Before the Great Collapse the temple was well-known as a college of martial instruction and even the children of secular generals would occasionally be sent here for training. Since the collapse, this travel has dwindled significantly, at the temple largely exists as a holdout against the outsiders that now terrorize the Shimmering Shore.
