This article is a stub, traveller. You can help us complete the Archivum Wisteria by expanding upon it.

Nuratlumbe is the Minotaur name for a species of fungus native to The Deeps. Fruiting bodies of this fungus superficially resemble oyster mushrooms, occurring in large sheets across rock faces infested with mycellium. It is unique among luminous fungi for its spectrum; a warm yellow light similar to sunlight.

Nuratlumbe is not considered edible, and does not readily cultivate. Dried correctly, the fruiting bodies of nuratlumbe can be used to create a luminous pigment of radiant intensity. The mycelleum can be reconstituted as well and is used in a ritual practiced by the Star-Counters in order to ferment a beverage of Yulatola juice into a hallucinogenic potion. The ritual of creating and consuming this beverage is known as Imbibing the Stars.
