A Carcolie Chieftain is a semi-hereditary title among the tribes of the Carcolie Wood-Elves. This position is both paramilitary and political, and goes to the heir judged fittest of the previous chieftain in the eyes of the tribe, with many tribes having different and unique methods for determining this.
