Petrenean City State

The Petrenean City-State is a region of the former Petrenean Republic in what is now the south-central Shimmering Shore. Here, the ideals of the republic are maintained under the leadership of the Petrenean Signoria, who now rule from the needs of the city of Petrenea alone, rather than with the participation of the other member cities.

Its most important holding other than the city of Eternal Origin itself is the port of Albassaria, through which the state trades heavily with the Kingdom of Alteria, Pashkhara, and far up the west cost to Southport. On occasion the city state will even send emissaries as far afield as Oversea to negotiate tarriffs, port fees, and so forth with Bastonia.
